Primary Problem:
Poverty and male abandonment. Men leave the women, pregnant and impoverished, without any
means of support. Unable to support their children, many abandon them.
How We Are Helping:
We have an orphanage called Caring Hearts, which daily cares for 40 — 65
children. Because of the boys' hormones and urges, we separate them at the age of 13 from the other children. We have
built a boys home called Oasis. Oasis is a training center and home housing up to 16 boys at a time. We
train these orphaned young men in the Word, practical skills (welding, auto mechanics, sheet metal work, and
carpentry), and computers. The young men, young women, and the children are raised in a nurturing, loving environment
and are being prepared to touch and change Mexico for the Lord. We also have a feeding program giving a wholesome meal
to hundreds of impoverished families every week in hopes of keeping the families together. After the boy's home and the
orphanage, the young men and young women are encouraged to attend our Bible school adjacent to the Caring Hearts
orphanage.
