Dan Dean's remarkable Christian music journey began in 1992 when he gathered with his friends and fellow pastors, Randy Phillips and Shawn Craig to form" Phillips, Craig and Dean. The Dove award winning artists and pastors have impacted Christian Radio to deliver many inspirational hits over the years but it is their pastoral instincts that have led Dan Dean to start a ministry called Shepherd's Rest for ministry leaders that will impact the church.
